Unless otherwise notified, all orders will ship within 24-72 hours in protective packaging via USPS to ensure safe transport. Typical USPS Expedited Retail shipping takes just 3-5 business days from the point of shipment (8-12 business days for international shipments).+^

You can also contact us anytime with questions about your transaction either by email at email@mindlessthreads.com, by phone at 320-259-8110. Our store hours are Monday - Friday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (CST). In addition, we have staff on hand to monitor email and text messages, Monday through Friday (email sent after 12:00 pm on Friday will be answered first thing Monday).

Returns & Exchanges
Returned items should be returned within fourteen (14) days and in good condition (washed or worn garments will not be accepted, and we can not take back custom orders). Please return your purchase in its original packaging. Include a note that states your name and address and why you are returning the item. Wrap the package securely and please send it back to the address below.

There may be a $4.95 restocking fee for returned merchandise ($4.95 for the first item, $2.50 for each additional if returning more than one item), unless a shipping mistake was made by us. This fee covers all processing, packaging and shipping charges for your return:

+If you paid by eCheck via PayPal, it generally takes three (3) business days for PayPal to verify payment. Once payment has been verified, your product will be shipped promptly.
